Olivi combines the best of Dutch breeding into a proven pedigree. In 1999, Olivi became Vice-Champion for 3-year-old stallions in the KWPN stud-book at Hertogenbosh. He was then successfully ridden by Bart Bax up to the international small tours. In 2005, he brilliantly won two international events at the Ermello ZZ Grand Prix, placed third in the Wintercup, and went on to win at Uden the following year.

In 2008, Olivi placed fourth in the Young Riders French Championship, ridden by Raphael Thomas. The following year, Olivi and Raphael started the 2009 season, and in addition to winning the A7 events, Olivi also took second in the Prix St Georges at Etrier in Paris, first in the A7 and the Intermédiaire 1 at Royan, first in the A7 and the Prix St Georges in the Second French Championship at Fontainbleau, and first in the A7 at Mans in June 2009.  In March of 2009, Olivi was approved for breeding by the Selle-Français studbook

2010 proved to be a positive year for Olivi when he was invited to Hertogenbosch by the KWPN.  He drew much excitement and a very large crowd.  He participated in various shows in the Netherlands until September of the same year when he returned to France for breeding. In France, he placed 2nd in the Prix Saint Georges with Maxime Collard at Saint Lô.

In February 2011, Olivi became "Keur" by the KWPN stud book. The predicate " KEUR " is given when a stallion has a breeding sports index of more than 140, with a high percentage of reliability. The ability of the stallion to pass on good type and conformation also plays an important role in obtaining this predicate. A stallion filling all the sports conditions for the allocation of the predicate KEUR can be deprived of it if he does not pass on a beautiful type. The selection committee of the stallions KWPN decided that Olivi (Jazz x Aktion) deserved the title of "KEUR " based on his high genetic value and the qualities which he passes on to his offspring. Offspring from his earlier crops have distinguished themselves at the highest international level.

Olivi's sire, Jazz, is one top breeding stallion for dressage and he is used across the globe. His most significant victories in sport were his two wins at the Rotterrdam CHIO, his win with the national team at Aix-la-Chapelle, and his win at Kootzijk in 2005.

Olivi's damsire, Aktion, also Keur, was a phenomenon in dressage and showed up a record number of times at the World Cup under Hungarian rider Gyula Dallos. He was 2nd at Aachen in the lead up to the Barcelona Olympic Games, and in 1993, he and Gyula brought home the bronze medal in the European Championships. In 1994, they were 5th at the World Cup and won in Ksiaz, Munich, Venice, Kaposvar, Lipica and Warsaw, and came in seventh individually at the World Equestrian Games. In total, Altion had 154 victories at Grand Prix, 11 in World Cup qualifiers, and was the Hungarian National Champion 11 times.

Olivi's dam, Halla-Utopia, comes from the Utopia bloodline, one of the most important lineages in the Netherlands. She competed at Intermédiaire I and is also the dam of Lady Utopia, the 1996 champion at Veghel.  Halla-Utopia's dam, Charima-Utopia, who competed at the Intermédiaire level is also the dam of Wunderbar (by Nurprimus), a show jumper, who competed in the Netherlands in 1.40 m events.

Olivi was ranked second in the dressage index for stallions with offspring who are four to seven years old.  He was ranked first with a score of 168 for stallions with seven to nine year old offspring in 2008 and 2009.  His offspring have achieved remarkable results in sport and breeding. At the auctions, Olivi also raises eyebrows as a sire.  His offspring have three good gaits where strength, balance, self confidence and ability stand out. Olivi truly provides his offspring with everything a dressage horse needs.

Significant offspring:
Ucelli T: National Champion of the Pavo Cup in 2006 at Ermello. His rider, Hans-Peter Minderhoud also won the 2009 St. Georges Prix in Gelderland with Freebird-Ucelli by Olivi.

UB40: a successful FEI horse and one of the most sought after stallions owned by Iron Spring Farms

In auction, Olivi's offspring brought exceptional prices. Three of his offspring sold for a total of 690,000€:
UB 40: KWPN selective auction in 2004: 145,000€
TRIVIANT 2: Prestigious PSI auction in 2005: 420,000€ (purchased by Anne Katrien Linsenhoff, International Dressage Rider) – Ranked among the 600 best Grand Prix horses at the world level by the WBFSH in 2008.
UNANDA: Performance Plus auction in 2006: 125,000€
