Davino V.O.D.

VIDEO VIDEO
Built for dressage, Davino is a well-developed stallion with a lot of charisma. He is also a beautiful type with a very attractive head and excellent gaits with a free shoulder and correct, long legs.

According to the breeding committee of the KWPN, Davino shows a great deal of suppleness with "good to very good" (8.5) carriage and balance. All three gaits are "good to very good" (8.5), and the canter jumps through with an uphill balance. Davino received a 9.0 for rideability because he has an excellent attitude, and is very willing to work. He also has "good to very good" (8.5) potential for dressage. The breeding committee recommends Davino for mares to diversify the bloodlines, and to improve the "frame, conformation, and rideability".

Davino's sire, Hotline, is licensed and approved by many breeding societies and goes through his father, Hofrat, back to the well known Grand Prix dressage sire, Gribaldi, whose most famous son is, of course, Totilas. Hotline was champion of the 2005 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing and the 70-day Stallion Performance Test in Schlieckau, Germany.

Davino comes from a proven damline that has produced many dressage horses who perform at the highest levels. His dam, Kulicienne, produced not only the Grand Prix stallion, UB40 (Olivi), but also the small tour Grand Prix horses, Reveller (Juventus) and Bowy (Fuerst Heinrich) who earned a score of 86.5 at the IBOP performance test held by the KWPN.
