Sensation (Archived)

Sensation is a young stallion with great potential and became the public's darling at the Westphalian licensing in Münster-Handorf. This son of National Champion and advanced level class winner Sir Heinrich OLD possesses essential maternal lines in his pedigree. The Holsteiner stallions Caretino and Calypso II deliver outstanding performance genes for the dressage horse breed.

Sir Heinrich OLD, the State Stud sire from Warendorf, won gold in 2014 in the National Championships of six-years-old dressage horses, only after he had secured the silver medal in 2012 and 2013. In the small finals of the World Championship of five- and six-years-old dressage horses, he took fourth place in each and just missed the finals. In the meantime, Sir Heinrich OLD is victorious in advanced level classes. Four of his sons have been licensed and five daughters have received the state premium award.

Dam sire, Casparino, has placed in Grand Prix dressage classes and more than ten of his offspring are also successful in advanced level (S) classes.  The granddam Caprice de Cordial has brought the medium level (M) dressage horse Prince Feivel (by Prince Piccolo).  Cordial Medoc has achieved successes in advanced level (S) classes and he has also placed in the National Championship final. Two of his sons have been licensed while more than 30 offspring are successful in advanced level (S) classes.
