The expressive and elegant Longchamp is another very high quality son of Laurie's Crusador xx. In 1995 Longchamp completed his stallion performance test as runner-up and proved his outstanding talent in dressage, scoring a convincing 157.52 points. In the same year he was runner-up in the three-year-old stallions classification at the Federal Championships of German Riding Horses in Warendorf. In 1996 he came third in the four-year-old stallions class. Meanwhile, Longchamp has several wins in "Prix St. George" dressage competitions. His first sons were successfully presented at the stallion licensing in Verden 1999. Longchamp is a big-framed horse of attractive conformation, outstanding basic gaits, reliable temperament and excellent rideability. |
