Lizitant is a son of the Hanoverian of the Year, Laurie's Crusador xx and a mare bred on the sucessful Weltmeyer bloodlines. Laurie's Crusador xx was given the Hanoverian Stallion of the Year title in 2006 in Verden. With over 100 State Premium mares and 583 registered show horses he is the most successful Thoroughbred stallion in Hanoverian breeding. He has 45 licensed sons, including the champion stallions of the licensing in Verden, Londonderry and Lauda, and the dressage horse World Champion Laurentianer. Damsire, Wittinger, won the 1991 stallion approval in superior style in Verden and also received the title of best 3 yo German riding horse. Thanks to his rideability Wittinger learnt advanced dressge movements at a young age. His performance at the annual stallion displays and shows is always very impressive. His foals are outstanding as far as movements and type are concerned. At his performance test in 2007 Lizitant was awarded 8 for character, 8 for temperament, 8 for willingness to work, 8 for conformation, 7 for trot, 7 canter, 7 walk, 8 rideability. Here is a stallion bred for dressage talent with the necessary ‘blood’ from his TB sire. |
