Janeiro Platinum is highly modern in his exterior and with outstanding gaits and the highest rideability he always convinces his audience about his quality. In 2018, he finished his 35-days performance test in Denmark with a total score of 8,50 points and with the scores 8,5 for walk and trot and 9,0 for canter; he is definitely a promising young stallion.

The sire Sezuan was triple world champion for five-, six- and seven-year-old dressage horses and is undoubtedly one of the most popular dressage stallions at present. Both his breeding and his sports career are marked by highlights. One remarkable performance was his stallion performance test, where he achieved the unprecedented record of ten times the 10.0 mark. The performances during the three world championships for young horses were awarded with scores between 9.5 and 10.0 for his gaits. Besides several trade price peaks of his offspring, there have been licensed sons by Sezuan, with amongst others the premium stallions Sam, So Unique and the Vice Bundeschampion Secret.

The dam to Janeiro, Black Beauty L. Platinum, is one of the elite mares in the KWPN Studbook by UB 40, who also sired the Grand Prix stallion Apache. As an Olympic games silver medallist as well as a participator in World and European Championships, Ferro is without a doubt one of the most successful dressage stallions of all time. Ferro also achieved to be awarded with the Dutch champion stallion title three times in a row.
