Honoré du Soir  - a prototype of a modern Trakehner sporthorse, noble and superior with a special charisma.

This young stallion is convincing with his even walk, a high surety of rhythm in trot and his ground covering canter. Moreover, Honoré du Soir has a very good character. His attitude toward work is excellent. He is very relaxed and smart.

Even on free-jumping he shows his talent - good technique and scope connected with a very good general view.

Like Millennium, Honoré du Soir is a son of Easy Game, who is a son of the great sire Gribaldi. Easy Game is competing successfully up to Intermediare I level and was just honoured as "Trakehner Elite Stallion". Gribaldi is Number 1 of the 2014 WBFSH-Ranking of the best dressage sires of the world.

Honoré du Soir is a half-brother of Soirée d'Amour (Kira Wulferding), one of the most succesful and popular sporthorses in the Oldenburg breeding. As a 3-year old she became Oldenburger champion for riding horses and was Bundeschampion, respectively. In 2014, she was placed 5th at the World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden and was Vice-Bundeschampion for 5-year-old dressage horses in Warendorf. Their mother Lara Croft is also dam of Soirée de Saumur who was 3rd at the 2012 Bundeschampionate for 5-year-old dressage horses in Warendorf and is winning dressage classes for young horses.

Honoré du Soir's pedigree combines the genes of the outstanding dressage sires Easy Game, Gribaldi, Schwadroneur, Latimer and  Banditentraum, the sire of the great mare Kira-K and winner of his performance test. The great granddam Happy III was successful in jumping classes up to 1.30m.

Honoré du Soir's damline is the direct line of the great Anglo-Arabian stallion Burnus, one of the most promising eventing horses with Dr. Reiner Klimke. Burnus AA established a popular stallion-line in the Trakehner population with his descendants Habicht (winning 3* eventing competitions with Martin Plewa), Sixtus (successful in Grand-Prix jumping classes with Gilbert Böckmann), Buddenbrock (placed 6th at the Bundeschampionat for 5-year-old eventing horses with Andreas Dibowski), Connery and Imperio (succesful Grand-Prix stallion with Hubertus Schmidt).
