This "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 1995" is one of Germany's best sires for both dressage and jumping horses. His offspring excel as outstanding jumping horses of enormous ability and energetic movements. At present his progeny have earned nearly two million Deutschmarks in competition. The most famous son of Espri is "E.T. FRH" (rider: Hugo Simon, Austria) who is still one of the most successful international show jumping horses. Another son, Edgar, was the 1996 World Champion seven-year-old jumper, and son Esprit de Valdemar competed at the 2000 Olympics. Espri is a correct, medium-framed stallion with a good topline and an excellent disposition. |
