Delatio (Archived)
Delatio is a large black stallion that is not only proven in breeding, but also in sport. In 2007, after his exceptional marks in all criteria the easy to ride stallion became the sovereign winner of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf and his progeny have been successful up to high level performance. Delatio himself has won the Grand Prix St. Georges and Intermediate classses. In 2008 he started breeding in Holland and since his progeny have been successful up to high level and Delatio has become a part of the top group of the FN breeding valuation with 144 points. Under saddle of Miranda Rongen, Delatio qualified for the Nation Championships of German dressage horses, won the Grand Prix St. Georges and Intermediate I classes.
Delatio's pedigree unites to legendary classics of dressage horse breeding. With his sire De Niro-- 2008 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year and winner of the main premium I A in Oldenburg-- is now considered the most successful living dressage sire in the world. He began competing successfully in Grand Prix dressage competitions at the age of seven and he won the blue ribbon at the Hamburg Derby and twice the German Championships of Professional Riders.
His dam Rubina descends from Rubenstein I and has contributed greatly to dressage breeding in Europe and around the world. Rubenstein I himself orginates from Oldenburg and opened a new era in worldwide dressage horse breeding
