Debutante PS (Archived)

Debutant PS OLD made a perfect debut in sport, with his trainer Brandi Roenick/USA. At the Oldenburg Regional Championships in 2021 in Rastede, the outstanding stallion with a lot of power was unbeatable in the qualification and in the final of the three-year-old stallions with the scores of 9.0 for trot, 9.0 for canter, 8.0 for walk, 9.0 for training, 8.0 for conformation, and an overall score of 8.6. At the German Championships, Debutant PS was on course for bronze after the qualification and was then placed behind the stallions from our stud For Real, Zaunkönig and Rheinglanz in the final. At his stallion performance test in Schlieckau, he also made a brilliant impression with his excellent basic paces and his high rideability (9.5 from the test rider) and finished in fourth place with a total score of 8.53. 

We are now eagerly awaiting Debutant PS’s first crop of foals.

The sire Deparon U.S. descends from the dominating stallion line of Donnerhall. He was placed fourth with Isabel Freese/NOR in the final of the German Championships for four-year-old stallions in 2017. He then moved to the Netherlands and is successful up to advanced level with Danielle Heijkoop/NED. He has produced numerous premium foals and several licensed stallions.

His dam Zantana was placed in young dressage horse competitions and was sold at the P.S.I. auction for 955,000 Euros to a renowned dressage yard in the Netherlands. She has also produced our Champion stallion Fürst Zonik PS (by Fürstenball) and a licensed stallion by Don Schufro.

His dam’s sire Glock’s Zonik N.O.P., who united the most influential stallions of Danish breeding with Zack, Romanov and Don Schufro, won team silver with Edward Gal/NED at the European Championships in Rotterdam/NED and took eighth and sixth places in the Special and Freestyle. With Zucchero Gold (sport name Zucchero OLD), he sired the 2019 World Champion of young dressage horses and German Champion the year before, with Zum Glück RS2 OLD, the star of the P.S.I. auction in 2017 and German Champion of six-year-olds in 2019, with Zauberlehrling PS OLD, our Oldenburg Regional Champion, and with Zenon, a promising young sire.

His grand-dam Sondra produced Glock’s Total U.S. (by Totilas)/Edward Gal/NED, licensed stallion, Pavo Cup winner and placed sixth at the Olympics, the licensed stallions Dante U.S. (by Dante Weltino) and Mister U.S. (By Grey Flanell) and Zaid, successful in advanced (S*) level dressage competitions.

His great-grand-sire Sir Donnerhall I has already earned the status of "trademark stallion". Himself second Reserve Champion of his licensing, Regional Champion, record winner of his stallion performance test, Vice World Champion of young dressage horses, German Champion and winner of the main premium, he can refer to over 100 licensed sons.

When bred to Sandro Hit, his great-grand-dam Contana produced the licensed stallion Swagman, who is victorious in Grand Prix with Kristy Oatley/AUS. Her daughter Contanita (by Sandro Hit) produced the licensed stallion Tostolany (by Totilas).

The stallions Aledo, Brilloso du Feu and Carinue also descend from the dam line.
