Blue Hors Zalabaster made his entrance at the 2015 stallion licensing in Herning with a super-eminent attitude and demonstrated his unique capabilities throughout the entire licensing. HIs gaits, exterior, and his interior are all top of the line and his self-carriage and balance, his walk and trot, and his canter were all terrific and Zalabaster was proclaimed premium stallion with Licensing grades: 8-9-9-8 8-7 7-9-8,5-9.

Zalabaster did not disappoint at the 35-day performance test this fall-- with a consistently positive attitude and great motivation-- he finished the test with 876 points, receiving 9's in canter, rideability, and capacity. Blue Hors Zalabaster comes from a high performance dam line both successful in dressage and show jumping and he became 2nd Reservesieger of the Oldenburg stallion licensing in Vechta in 2014.

Internationally he has been described as the one stallion in the licensing possessing the greatest qualities' for a grand sporthorse. His dam line has produced several Grand Prix horses, stallions and the champion mare in Oldenburg in 1994, the Donnerhall-daughter Hallo. Noteable licensed stallions from this dam line are Prinz Miro, Prinz Oldenburg, Lord Leatherdale and Pik Ramiro-- winner in 4* -GP under Holger Wulschner.
