Antango (Archived)

Antango is a modern stallion with very elastic and dynamic movements. He has strong engagement of the hind quarters and a huge charisma. His pace is a regular four-beat and he shows great flexibility and cadence at the trot. His gallop is powerful and with excellent balance.

In 2012, Antango did well in his 30-day tests in Germany.  He achieved excellent scores including one a 9.0 for his spectacular gallop, an 8.75 for the quality of his trot, and an 8.5 for ease under the saddle.

In 2013, during the 70-day test in Germany, Antango once again obtained excellent grades which confirm the quality of his paces and ease under saddle.  This year Antango placed 1st in the Oldenburg Stud Book for the outstanding qualities found in his first generation of foals, and in 2016 Antango ranked in the M * and M ** dressage events in Germany.

In 2017, Antango du Feuillard joined the Selle-Français Guide of Young Stallions in the category "Of Very Promising Standards." This was awarded on his training ability, his morphology, his locomotion and his behavior. 

Antango's sire, Ampere was named champion of the selection of KWPN stallions in Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands in 2008. He has produced several foals that have reached top-prices on auctions.

Antango comes from one of the best maternal lineages of the KWPN studbook. His mother Oronia (Jazz x Ulft) has been revered for the quality of her genetics and production.
